Line drawings seem well done, lots of dimensions. A few pages of text including recommendation of materials, construction methods, etc. A few pages of pictures of the V39 (there hasn't been a V28 built yet, but the designs are similar in several respects). Full size dimensions are given, along with a table of offsets if you want to loft things yourself.
