Well, it was a good start for a bit... now it is COLD!

As many of you are experiencing, most of the U.S. has been having abnormally cold weather, and sunny Atlanta is no exception.

Snow

Yesterday late the snow and sleet started. We got 1/2 our yearly average of snow last night, an entire .6". Yes, we don't get much snow down here, and when we do, its a BIG deal. Schools closed, offices closed, mass traffic accidents, the entire works.

In defense, we do have an issue of little snow removal equipment, and the "snow" we get tends more toward glazed "black" ice, which is a bit much to drive on no matter what.

Anyhow, while I was off at work (we didn't close, of course), Melanie and Dane had a little fun and built us a passenger.
