If you're interested in reading about the chartering boat experiences of others, or if you have a story of your own to tell, check out the BoatU.S. Chartering Connection. The recently added feature joins an already extensive array of online boating information, providing a place for BoatU.S. members to share their experiences and advice about chartering boats in various locations around the world.

BoatU.S. is actively soliciting chartering stories. What they're looking for is stories about your experience chartering a boat and "exploring interesting places by sailboat and powerboat." Stories should be 2,500 words or less and accompanied by digital photos in .jpg or .gif format. As an added incentive, BoatU.S. will pay $50 to the first ten submissions they publish on the website.

So if you love to put pen to paper, or have always wanted to, and have first-hand experience about chartering a boat, now would be the perfect opportunity to let those creative juices flow.
