Boat Ed offers online manuals developed specifically for your state's boating agency. You can study and take the exam online. Those who pass will receive their official boater education certification by mail.

Boat Ed has developed the courses with the help of state boating agencies and the courses are approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators.

The classes are also recognized by the U.S. Coast Guard.
