NOAA and the Army Corps of Engineers have partnered to foster a love of boating before the kids even get out of Kindergarten.
"Boating Fun – Adventure on the Water," is a coloring books targeted for children in grades K through 3. It's full of safe boating messages and activities.

The book is designed to be used in traditional, instructor–led classes as well as a stand–alone study by a single user.
