The Coast Guard Auxiliary offers classes of all sorts to boaters at all levels. You can take classes from boating safety to sailing basics, navigation for beginners to advanced GPS. There are classes for kids, too. The auxiliary's Web site offers a "class finder" search engine. Check it out.
